Our wonderful week at Disney was slowly coming to an end, but we still had another day and an evening to enjoy the wonders of Magic Kingdom. We had made it about halfway around the park on our first day so we were headed to the newer side of the park in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. Evan loved driving a race car at Tomorrowland Speedway, riding his first little roller coaster (Goofy's Barnstormer) with mommy, shooting a laser gun in Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, and laughing a lot at Stitch's Great Escape. Mommy rode Space Mountain by herself for old times sake but thinks Evan could have handled that one. On Friday night (our last night at Disney), we sadly said our goodbyes by riding the Prince Charming Royal Carrousel, that enchanting ride "it's a small world," visiting "The Haunted Mansion" one more time, soaring to Neverland with Peter Pan, escaping that evil witch in Snow White's Scary Adventures (Evan wanted to read the book when we got home!), and watching the Main Street Electrical Parade and the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show. We ended a magical trip with a romantic kiss beneath the beautiful castle. It was PERFECT!

Another day at Magic Kingdom. |
Such a special trip for him! |
A ROYAL MEETING
Mommy did not think the Disney experience was complete without meeting some princesses. |
Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) admired a sleeping Brody. |
It was a princess kind of day. |
Daddy and his boys met Belle, Daddy's favorite princess from Beauty and the Beast. |
Love his sweet face looking up at her. |
Awww, Evan and the princess holding hands. |
Brody slept through the whole affair. |
Evan got hugs! |
Mommy and her little princes meet Cinderella. |
Those boys really love their mommy! |
Daddy wanted a picture of his princess in front of the castle. |
Brody enjoyed people watching while big brother rode some big rides. |
EVAN DRIVING HIS FIRST CAR
One of Evan's favorite rides |
Evan driving Mommy around. Mommy sadly didn't take a picture of him and Daddy together when they rode it first. |
He was so proud of himself for steering. |
My big boy driving me around. |
THAT BELOVED FLYING ELEPHANT
What Disney experience is complete without a ride on those flying elephants? |
I loved seeing Brody's little head just peeking out of the car. So precious! |
My baby posing in front of Dumbo...and yes, he was a little too close to the edge of the water. Ha! |
HELPING BUZZ LIGHTYEAR DEFEAT THAT EVIL ZURG
He loved any ride where he got to shoot something. Just like his Daddy! (Daddy didn't use the flash so this picture is pretty dark.) |
Mommy and Brody enjoyed it too. |
Glad the ride caught this cute picture of my husband. He had the highest score (like 800,000 or something)...some strange man was saying "I wish I could claim that score" when we were getting off. I guess that's why he is a "Galactic Hero" while Evan is a "Star Cadet". Ha! |
A MAGICAL CAROUSEL RIDE WITH MY LITTLE PRINCE
Mommy had to ride the carousel with her little prince. |
MAIN STREET ELECTRICAL PARADE
An experience Mommy always regretted missing from her childhood trip. |
Goofy drives the train. |
Cute little turtle and snail. |
So enchanting! |
Alice sitting on top of the giant mushroom. |
"Whooo are you?" |
Cinderella in her charming carriage. |
Uh oh, it's midnight! |
That dreadful pirate, Captain Hook. |
Dopey drives the cars out of the diamond mine. |
That little wooden puppet. |
That magic dragon was really puffing. |
A beautiful tribute to America. |
WISHES NIGHTTIME SPECTACULAR
Everyone except Evan enjoyed the big fireworks display. He was devastated by the noise! |
Saying goodbye to the beautiful castle. |
A magical ending to a magical trip. |
Me and my prince |
A perfect way to end a perfect trip. |
A little nighttime parade on the water. |
THE END!
How fun! I used to love going to Disney when I was a kid :)
