This year we wanted to continue our tradition of visiting the pumpkin patch and getting pumpkins. We go to a pumpkin patch pretty close to our home. They have a hay ride that takes you around the farm to the barn where the kids can feed the animals. This year they also had a little hay bale maze for the kids, and Evan loved running through it. It didn't take him long to figure his way out, but he kept going back in and doing it over and over again. He would peek over the top of the maze to find us and just grin so big! Although we all got little pumpkins included with our hay ride admission, we also bought large pumpkins so that we could start a new pumpkin carving tradition for Halloween.
Evan's Grandma (Eddie's Mama) and his Aunt Naomi came up and went with us. They had a blast too!
Here are some pictures from our adventures on the farm:
He wanted a big pumpkin this year!
But he decided the little pumpkins were more manageable.
Love is written all over this face...like a Daddy holding his first born!
Running through the maze!
"You can't catch me!"
"Hmmm...I wonder if anyone would notice if I peed back here?"
A sweet picture of Mommy with her lil' punkin!

We love him!
And Grandma & Aunt Naomi love him too!
Aunt Naomi helps Evan feed the sheep!
Watching the bunnies...Mommy's favorite animals!
Evan speaks "cow" -- "Moooooooo!"
And "duck" too -- "Quack Quack Quack!"
Daddy & Evan feed more sheep!
Daddy & Evan on the hay ride!
Yeah, he loves to drive...and he also loves to tell other people how to drive!
But he couldn't let go of his pumpkin!
Beautiful boy!
