Our family just returned from a week in the most magical place on Earth...Walt Disney World! We made so many wonderful memories on this trip, and Brody's first ride on an airplane was just the beginning. We decided to fly on this 1 1/2 hour flight instead of driving the 8 to 10 hours to Orlando to (1) save on travel time; (2) save on gas and mileage on our car; and (3) save our sanity from riding in the car for 8 to 10 hours with 2 kids. Our kids are great in the car, but I didn't want to take any chances. The boys loved flying. Evan had flown across the country when he was barely 3 and did wonderful so we weren't too worried. Since Brody is still under 18 months old, he could fly as a lap baby and didn't need a ticket yet...more money saved. Plus, we saved plenty of money bundling our trip and paying for everything together. We'll share more about the trip and our savings and tips later.
