Celebrating Daddy's Birthday

Our Daddy is our favorite person in the world.  We all truly adore him, and he is so good to us.  We love celebrating Daddy's birthday.  This year was no exception.  Even though Mommy was feeling very pregnant with our sweet baby girl, she knew she had to do her best to celebrate this special occasion.  Of course, she had no idea our daughter would decide to be a very special late birthday present for her daddy as she chose to arrive 5 weeks early just one week after her Daddy's birthday.  On the night of Daddy's birthday, we all went out to eat at one of our favorite Monday night restaurants that does kids' night.  The Georgia Mellow Mushroom's that we have visited have been way more fun than the ones back home in North Carolina.  Instead of the regular 70's retro decor, they all have cool movie themes with large sculptures made from recycled metal.  Our Mellow Mushroom has a huge sculpture of Optimus Prime inside.  It previously had a large Captain America Minion outside, but it has recently been changed to a large statue of E.T.  The kids always love seeing these.  For Daddy's birthday, I picked up some fun "manly" themed cupcakes along with a balloon.  The kids got to make their own pizzas, and we just had a fun night together. 

I loved this balloon that I found at the grocery store.  Daddy did decide shortly after his birthday to prove his manliness by growing a beard.  Haha! 

He is always the best daddy helping his kids making their pizzas. 

Can you tell they all adore him?  Yes, I did find football cupcakes thanks to the Super Bowl being so close to his birthday.

Later, we did a little birthday celebration at home. 

Happy 41st Birthday, Daddy!  We love you bunches!
