So living in North Carolina means we do NOT get a lot of snow so we celebrate when we can scrape up a few inches. Yes, it is frustrating when you live in a place where NO ONE can drive in the snow and ice, but we still LOVE snow! And it is even better when the gorgeous white stuff comes on a day like today when we can just sit at home and enjoy it.
Well, actually, we didn't sit at home all day. We ventured out (not very far, mind you) to get some lunch at the local McAlister's Deli and then to visit my brother's family so the kids could all play together. These times are so precious now because we are all so busy. We love when our kids can get together, and the kids just go CRAZY when they see one another.
