Evan has been begging and Mommy has been promising to take Evan to make a bear for Brody. We planned to do this before Brody was born, but I actually think it was really special to have Brody with us when we did it. Evan had a great time, and baby brother slept the whole time. We also tried out the double stroller for the first time. Although Evan is definitely big enough to walk around on his own, it can get very difficult to keep up with him in busy places so we thought it would be nice to have a stroller big enough for him to ride too. We chose the Baby Trend Sit and Stand stroller that converts from a double stroller to a single stroller with a bench seat on the back for bigger kids to ride on. Brody's car seat also easily attachs to the stroller like with his travel system stroller. Right now, Evan can still ride in the front seat, but once Brody is big enough to move to the seat, Evan can just ride on the back bench seat where he can get himself on and off. We hope we'll get our money's worth out of this ride!
Evan picked a cute little light tan bear for Brody.
Kissing the bear's heart and putting lots of love into it!
Pumping in the fluff to make Brody Bear just right for Brody!
Giving Brody Bear a nice shower.
Brody Bear had a day at the spa.
Evan dressed Brody Bear and presented him to Baby Brody.
While at Build-A-Bear, Evan picked out a new outfit for his own bear. Yes, he picked the Star Wars themed Obi-wan outfit. We played a little game of dress up when we got home. May I present Obi-wan Brody!
Too cute! Yes, the outfit was a little short for our long baby boy!
