January 2025

Our New Year celebration at home was cozy and nice for this old couple who need to be in bed at a decent hour.  Our oldest was out into the wee hours of the morning with his buddies shooting off fireworks and who knows what else.  Our youngest boys were also not big participants in our living room karaoke, but Brody joined the fun.  Thanks to our neighbors for a lovely fireworks show!

It has been an honor to celebrate 25 birthdays with this handsome dude.  Through the highs and lows, I always consider our greatest accomplishment that we have stuck together through it all and never given up.  He gets most of the credit for that.  He is the calm in my storms.  We all love and adore you, Eddie!  The kids helped pick out a cake they knew he would love so raspberry and cream cheese it was.

Evan was happy to win his fantasy football championship so we got him a special cake.

Miss Maggie had a wonderful birthday with lots of celebrations.  We started with breakfast at Chick-fil-a before school and then Mommy and Daddy joined her at school to share her favorite book with her class and then to eat lunch with her and to take a special snack for her class to share, and after school she got a birthday surprise at home with cupcakes, flowers, balloons, and presents.  The highlight of her birthday was her new sparkly boots she has been wanting like Mommy's.  She is such a diva!  Maggie, you are just the perfect cherry on top of this sweet family sundae.  We love you to the moon and stars!  Happy 6th Birthday, Princess!

Our Senior got more accolades as he was inducted into the Science Honor Society and also completed his interview with our U.S. Congressman for his Naval Academy recommendation.

We got some snow!

Maggie had a wonderful 6th birthday party with her school friends and felt so loved.  What a special group of girls she has that love and care for her.  I pray she will always feel so loved!  She also got so many sweet gifts and got a mani-pedi and makeover from mommy.

Mr. Grayson also got to celebrate his late birthday with a few friends at the party.

Miss Maggie got in her old lady groove for their 100th day of school celebration.

Maggie and Mattox got to hang out with some of their special teachers at a hearing impaired event.
