Fall Fun with Smokey Bear

As a fun way to kick off Fall, we decided to take a trip with Daddy to a big park close to uptown Charlotte where he was taking Smokey Bear for the annual Buddy Walk to support children with Down Syndrome.  It was a beautiful day for the kids to get outside and play.  Brody even enjoyed the weather and definitely enjoyed meeting Smokey Bear! 


Evan loves the big pond in this park and all of the wildlife there.

These two got into a "fight" all over the pond.



Evan loved getting to see his old pal, Smokey.  He told Daddy Smokey was wearing his boots! 



Brody meets Smokey Bear.  No tears there.  I think he thought it was just a big stuffed animal or something.



I don't think Brody knew his Daddy was Smokey.

Evan loved getting to jump in the bounce house.



Grandma enjoyed playing with Evan at the playground.  So fun!
