What I'm Loving June ~ Part 2 {2022}

The second part of June was even more fun with a trip to the zoo and waterpark, Father's Day, our anniversary, and playing in the lake.  Here is what we were loving and doing:

Brody has always loved the giraffes.  He is just an big hearted animal lover.

Grayson enjoyed getting to feed the giraffes.

Maggie did too.

Those long tongues are pretty crazy.

Poor giraffe was trying to get Mattox's leaves, but he was being cautious and staying back.

Grayson was not so cautious.

Evan showed off his climbing skills.

Sweet brothers

Miss Maggie's favorite animals.  They are so pink and obviously get lots of beta carotene in their diets.

Mommies feeding the babies.

Maggie insisted on taking off her t-shirt to show she was wearing her flamingo bathing suit to match.

The bears really put on a show in the cooler mornings when they come out for their breakfast and some treats.

I think this was like a dog toy that is filled with peanut butter.

Visiting the bears

Brody visits his monkey friends.

The lions gave us a love story to watch.

The Lovers.  It was sweet and G rated. I think they were singing "Can you feel the love tonight?"

The coolest waterpark with waterfalls.  They had just renovated it with new flooring.

Maggie loved the flowing water.

Sweet happy girl

Handsome and cool Evan

A group shot with my babies

Miss Maggie loved joining her brothers in the water.

My four youngest babies.  The oldest was too cool.

But he is a very attentive big brother who watches over his younger siblings.

And loves hanging out with dad.

Trying to hula hoop.

Three cool men

The zoo and waterpark straddle both sides of the Broad River so you walk across a bridge to get from one side to the other.  There are often people tubing on the river.

Grayson enjoyed riding a tiger.

Maggie rode a cute koala bear.

Mommy and her girl

These three big boys riding the carousel together.  How much longer will this happen?

Maggie says, "Giddy up!" and "Yeehaw!"

We decided this trip was a good opportunity to get some family pictures taken and picked a few fun ones to get printed.

These kids put a puzzle together with great teamwork.

I enjoyed breakfast with these boys.

We celebrated Nana's 76th birthday and the belated 75th birthday for Papa since we got him moved here.

Celebrating Daddy for Father's Day at church.

There is never one picture where they are all smiling their best.

Daddy and his girl

Playing on the little beach at the lake.

Brody loved swimming in the crystal clear lake.

Evan is always too cool these days.

Maggie enjoys pouring water.

Daddy cooling off in the lake.

Watching his babies play.

A little ice cream treat with lunch for Mommy's and Daddy's 19th Anniversary.

Dining al fresco.

I love Evan's genuine smiles and laughter.

Ice cream treat before date night.

A little yummy coffee drink with dessert on our anniversary date.

We enjoyed lots of adult conversation and were planning to go axe throwing, but it closed too early.

Daddy always gives piggy back rides to his babies.

Beautiful Grayson

Maggie loves him.

So fun riding on Daddy in the pool.

Brody and Mattox mostly play well together.

After swimming naps are the best.

Mattox enjoyed a breakfast date with Mom before he attended a summer reading camp.

A date with my little sweetheart.
